The coffee roaster we use has been roasting premium coffee for the trade since 1998. Our emphasis is on freshly roasted coffee and customer satisfaction. We are looking to provide our coffee to those that demand the finest quality coffee available.

We have all of our coffee roasted the day we order it from our supplier and they ship the order the very next day so that you as our customer will be able to receive coffee fresh from the roasting process with in a week.

Few people realize that the shelf life of whole bean roasted coffee is a maximum of 30 days when properly packaged. Coffee begins to lose flavor within hours of roasting if it is not sealed and protected from the oxygen in the air.

While most premium coffees are properly packaged, they often will reach the consumer months after roasting due to transportation delays and inadequate shelf rotation.

Tips to keep your coffee fresh.
1. Grind your coffee just before brewing
2. Store unused coffee beans or grounds in the freeze or fridge.

If you store your coffee in the fridge it has a self life of 2-3 months.
If you store your coffee in the freezer it has a self life of 4-5 months.
