Privacy Policy
The information requests from our customers on the order form is only used to process and deliver an order. A customer must provide contact information (name, e-mail and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address). 

Steaming Java maintains practices and procedures designed to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of all customer information. Steaming Java uses the best encryption software in the industry to protect the transmission of all sensitive customer information - SSL. For your protection, we do not store any credit card information after a transmission has been completed. Steaming Java will not sell, share, or rent any customer information to others.  

Shipping Information
All products are shipped via USPS.  Most orders ship within 2 business days after they are placed. At this time we do not ship outside the United States.  

Our Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return items in its original packaging within 15 days for a full refund of the merchandise. We will pay the return shipping cost only if the return is the result of an error we made or if the product is defective. We cannot accept any returns after 15 days of delivery and cannot accept an item that is not in its original condition, unless defective. Your refund will be in the original form of payment. If the item appears to be damaged in shipping, please save the original packaging and contact us so that we can have USPS pick up the shipment and inspect it. We will resend the order at no additional charge.
